Finally Getting On Board

Considering I write for a living I've often been asked why I don't have a blog. I guess when you spend 8+ hours a day writing, it's sometimes hard to imagine doing it at night too. However, the impending arrival of our daughter has prompted me (and Joe) to finally take the leap. I've had so many people ask where we'll be posting photos and info on Dyllan and considering I've also resisted the Facebook and Myspace craze I decided this would be a great opportunity to share with our friends and family--especially those who are out of town or out of state whom we can't see as often as we'd like.

So...welcome to the Getz Gang blog! Posts will be made by all of us who can work the keys...right now that's just Joe and I....but I'm sure in no time our little one on the way will be curiously exploring the keyboard (hopefully not ripping off a button like her cousin Casey!)

We look forward to sharing with you and will try our best to keep up with some regular postings.

Oh, and please don't judge my grammar, syntax or cleverity (yes, I'm even known to make up words) and start suggesting alternative career choices I should explore. I'm off the clock, people ;)
